Where can I buy ARTI’s products for children?

The simplest way is to go to a shop which cooperates with us. You will find the things which interest you there. In order to check the list of the shops, please  click here.

 

What if I cannot find what I am looking for in the shop?

Order goods in the shop. If the order is placed before 2 p.m. and the product which interests you is in our warehouse, we deliver it by courier and next day you will be a happy owner of an ARTI’s product.

 

I cannot find the information I am looking for on the website.

Please email us, we will reply as soon as possible.

 

How long is the guarantee for ARTI’s products?

All ARTI’s products have a 12 month guarantee. Particular products may have a longer guarantee period. 

 

Are ARTI’s products safe?

Yes, all the products we sell have necessary certificates and safety seals of approval.

What shall I do if the product gets damaged?

Please return the product to the point of purchase or contact us and send the product directly to our central service department. Time to repair a product, if not stated otherwise, is up to 14 days.
